Theodore Therapy & Wellness is an inclusive, strength-based, trauma informed private practice.
We offer virtual individual, couple, and group psychotherapy, coaching, and case management in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative utilizing scientifically proven methods to help clients reach their goals and create the life they envision.
We help clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, major life transitions, shifting mindsets, habits, and other challenges.
Meet Kerline Theodore
Kerline Theodore is a licensed psychotherapist and owner of Theodore Therapy & Wellness. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Community Health with a minor in Africana Studies from Tufts University and her MSW in Social Innovation, Health & Mental Health from Boston College. She earned Professional Certification in Advanced Clinical Skills for Adults from Boston College and CORE credential from Harvard Business School.
Over the last 15 years, Kerline has worked across the continuum of care in behavioral health and healthcare settings. Much of her practice has been in integrated care settings bridging physical and mental health to meet the needs of the whole person. Her work focuses on the connection between behaviors and the health and well-being of the mind and body.
She helps people understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and make necessary changes to achieve their goals and improve their lives.
